Position: Licensed Plumber
Location: Monson, Massachusetts
Pay: $34–$45/hour

Are you a skilled, licensed plumber who takes pride in doing the job right the first time? We’re looking for motivated, professional plumbers to join our growing team!

Responsibilities
• Perform skilled plumbing work in residential and commercial settings
• Maintain, repair, and service a wide range of fixtures and equipment
• Diagnose and resolve customer plumbing issues efficiently and professionally
• Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and drainage systems
• Ensure all work meets Massachusetts plumbing codes
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
• Communicate clearly and courteously with customers and team members
• Participate in an emergency on-call rotation (with on-call bonus pay)

Qualifications
• Valid Massachusetts Journeyman Plumber License (Required)
• 2–3 years’ experience as a licensed plumber
• Valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record (Required)
• Strong working knowledge of local plumbing codes
• Solid understanding of tools, materials, and methods of the plumbing trade
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Must be able to lift 75+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and in various weather conditions
• Must pass drug and background screening
• HVAC experience preferred, but not required
